When do you wake up and when do you go to bed?

I go to bed around 9:30 10pm and read for 15 minutes to an hour then wake up somewhere between 5:10 and 5:25am.......it depends on if I hit the snooze button. lol! On the days that hubby doesn't work (Thurs and Fri) I go to bed about an hour later and wake up NLT 6am.0

I love to sleep too! I go to bed about 11pm and sleep til 7:30 most days. On the weekends I am up til midnight or 1am and sleep til noon. I don't have kids, I understand this might not be possible if I did!0

Monday to Friday:
I go to bed around 9 pm and I wake up at 4:45 am on my workout days, and 6 am on my non-workout days.
Weekends:
In bed anywhere between 10 pm and midnight and I get woken up by my daughter usually around 7 am.
If I'm feeling tired, I will nap on the weekends.0 -
My sleep schedule is way off. Even though I'm not working 3rd shift, anymore, my sleep schedule has not normalized itself causing havoc with my body. Which explains, the many times I forgo a lunch...Trying to get it ALL together is fun!0

I go to bed by 10pm and am up and at the gym by 5am on weeknights. Weekends, I go to bed later and wake up later.0

In bed by 11 and up at 6:40 am. Off to the gym by 7 and get a good 90 minutes in. Get's the day started right. I run a business that is open 365 days a year so weekends and weekdays make no difference.0

I'm a morning person for sure. I didn't used to be, but since I started working full time, even in the weekends I'm usually up by 8. And in saying that....I'm guilty of going to bed around 9pm sometimes, usually 10 though. I need lots of sleep, I love my sleep!0 -

I'm a 3rd shifter, 12 hour shifts, so I'm in bed by 8 AM and up at 4(ish) PM on work days. On my off days, I vary greatly, but always getting 8 hours. I don't do well on less.0

Currently I am in bed between 9:30 & 10 - but don't fall asleep for an hour or so - get Hubby out of bed around 3 a.m., get him his uniform & coffee or cappaccino - back to bed around 3:30-3:45 - back up at 6:45 (or supposed to be).
Have to change that so I can make it to gym - going to try to be in bed between 9-9:30 - keep Hubby's schedule - but get up at 5-5:15 so I can go to gym prior to getting ready for work. (I leave for work at 7:30 a.m. and don't get home until 7:15-7:30 p.m.)0 -
I need my sleep in order to function fully at work, LOL. So during the week Im in bed by 9:30, 10 the latest. Up at 6am.0

On week days I go to bed between 11:30 and 12 and wake up at 5
On weekends I go to bed at 2:30 3 and wake up at around 120 -
I'm usually in bed by 9-9:30pm and I get up at 5:45-6am on weekdays. Weekends are different, I get in bed whenever and get up whenever (which is between midnight and 3am and I wake up between 8am and 10am)0

Usually in bed between 9-10pm with the rare late night of 10:30-11... now waking up, I have such a hard time with, the initial alarm goes off at 5am which is when my husband gets up to workout, than another alarm at 6am, and I snooze that about 3-4times.. there are times when I roll out of bed (like this morning) at 7:10 when I have to leave by 7:20 so I'm late for work! LOL0

During fall & spring I'm up at 4:50 and in bed at 10:30, Monday through Saturday.
During the winter, I'm up at 5:30 and in bed at 10:30 or 11.0 -
I wake up at about 4:30am to get an early workout, then go to bed around 11 or so. Find it odd that if I do get more sleep than that, I am more tired than when I stick to my routine now.0

My friends are always laughing at me about my bedtime.

Haha, today I woke up at noon. But I stayed up until 4:30am.
Really, it depends. I am a night person. If I never worked, I'd go to bed at 2 or 3 am and wake up at 10 or 11am.
But with work, if I am working days I go to bed at about 11pm, and am up at 5am. If I work nights, I go to bed at 9am and wake up at around 3:30pm.0 -
In bed between 12:30 and 1 and up at 8. This is only because I have to feed my son from 11-12/12:15 most nights.0

I start waking up at 5:30 but don't get out of bed until 6, I lay there and watch the news first and wake up before the crazyness of getting 2 teens off to school begins. I go to bed usually at 10:00, but I usually read for an hour or so (depending on what I am reading) and wind down before going to sleep.0

i woke up at 1 in the afternoon... but usually it's around 10 or 11, and i usually go to sleep around 2 or 30

On workdays I wake up around 3:30am, give or take 15 mins. I try to be in bed between 7-8pm. Sleep is wonderful!!0

I go to sleep between 1 and 2 am and wake up between 10 am and 12pm. You could say that I like sleeping :-) Plus, I don't have to go anywhere to work - I work from home.0
