:flowerforyou: Happy Monday :flowerforyou:

Well, we are in the last few days of this challenge and I hope that everyone has seen some positive results :drinker: Personally, I am up a few pounds and not a bit surprised given my poor choices and lack of exercise the last few weeks... but today is a new day and I am back at...

I woke up early and got in a two mile run before starting my day, had a healthy breakfast and am half way through my second water bottle!!! :drinker:

Blessings to each of you for a wonderful day of health and happiness!!! :flowerforyou:

2 miles, that is great! I couldn't run a block if I had to but one of my goals is to start.

I am doing much better and seem to be back on track. I lost 2 lbs this last week. I am going to try real hard to stay on track this week to. I pick up my Wii Active tomorrow and can't wait to try it out.

    I hope everyone has a great day!

I couldn't ran in the beginning either...it just takes time and patience with yourself...but it is great when you realize you can go a little bit further or faster or need less walking time!!! :flowerforyou:

T - I am planning a 5k (Race for the Cure ) in October....I am doing the couch to 5k - week 3 day 2 today or tomorrow - I will do a strength class tonight so not sure if I'll get to run - I'll try to at lunch if I can....

Good weekend. Actually kept my calories up where they need to be and didn't overdue it. Even ate out at a seafood rest and had broiled with steamed veggies rather than fried....small steps, big victories!

I'll have to count and see where I am on the 30 days of exercise.... ok I checked 24 of 30 done ....

I almost forgot I am 2/5 days without a biscuit. I don't count the weekend because I don't stop on weekend only on my way to work. This is definatly a challange for me but I will overcome the dreaded biscuit cravings.:drinker:

WAY TO GO!!!!! It's ok to allow yourself a treat - just work it into that day - some extra cardio will help work it off too... I am very proud of you!

It's pretty cool to see how fast you build up - isn't it??

I needed some structure to get me going and it's working out great so far.
