Happy Weigh In!
Thank you everyone for sticking with me for these 8 weeks.:flowerforyou:
Last week: 139.4
This week: 138.4
I don't know what's going on with the .4 but as long as I'm losing.
I doubt I'll be able to do any cardio this week.:grumble: I went on a track with my motorcycle yesterday and ended up going down on a turn. I'm perfectly fine and my bike just has a few battle scars that I will have to fix, but I can't bend my knees very much. So I think I may just do weight training this coming week. Or anything where I don't need to bend my knee. :bigsmile:

This week: 149 - AKA the goal I wanted to reach April 18:laugh: Now I've officially left the 150s forever, and am HALFWAY!0 -

Showed a loss last week of 1.8lbs, but some of it came back due to TOM. We'll see what happens after the visitor leaves :laugh:0 -

I see one of you said you are out of the 150's that should be me to when i read that i was so happy for you but felt like crap inside because i am not focused enough. How are you guys losing i need help staying under 1300 calories do u have any food idea's for me i need help i want this so bad0

I believe I stayed the same or maybe down .2 of a pound----oh, well....at least I am still watching it. I plan to get busy now that I can swim again--should count for some exercise that my body needs. Dont know if you all know or not, but, I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's and have trouble moving fast enough to burn calories. (please include me in your prayers as I KNOW GOD CAN HEAL!) Everyone have a good week and work hard to lose. Im gonna try (if I can just get past all these parties---graduation, retirements, weddings---and now my own birthday and anniversary coming up....I so much wanted to lose the other 14 pounds to be out of the 200's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

How are you guys losing i need help staying under 1300 calories do u have any food idea's for me i need help i want this so bad
1300 calories a day?? including your exercise calories?? :noway: If thats the case, you need to eat more... healthy things, but more of them, every 3 1/2-4 hours or so. A rest day for me is 1600 calories. I do about 1 to 1 1/4 hours of cardio each day and burn about 800 calories, of which I eat, every last one. I add in 1/2 hour of weights 2-3 times a week. That is where I changed things up recently after a month long plateau and its working so far.0 -

I can't wait till I can start to record 2 or *gasp* 3 pound losses! I'm considering doing a 2x a day thing: weights in the morning, and cardio late afternoon. Someone told me they pulled 3 pounds by doing weights in the morning and cardio at the night - ex11xoxo?0 -
Yeah I did. I went hard core for a couple of weeks and have pulled it back for the last two weeks, but I'm thinking of adding a week like that every month. I did cardio and weights in the morning and then another hour of cardio in the afternoon.0

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Just alot going on. I'm right there with you with the .4, but I'm like you, as long as I'm losing, it's okay. Can't wait to see the 160's.

Ooh, I like that. I'm thinking of alternating weeks. One week normal cardio/classes, next week morning AND evening workouts. Man, will that require willpower, though! :laugh:0
