    At home - in my birthday suit on an empty bladder, but at the doctor's office, I wear whatever cute outfit I've picked for the day - BUT I ALWAYS take my shoes off, even if it's those tough, tall, zip to your knee boots!

    completely naked! in my bathroom, first thing in the morning just after i pee lol - i try to get EVERY ounce of weight off and out of me!!!!

    At home: Nekkid, after morning constitutional, before shower.

    At doctor's, I try to wear light clothing, if feasible, but definitely no shoes.


    Edit: And I totally push the scale around to 4 or 5 different spots then average it when I'm at home. I know it's not a good statistical set, but it makes me feel better that I didn't just find the one spot on the bathroom floor that always gives me a high or a low reading. </nerd>

    As someone pointed out, the engagement and wedding ring. If I weight myself in the evening.. then I'll be probably wearing nickers and bra, in the morning, as hubby usually doesn't let me sleep with underwear on, so I'll be naked and after breakfast (during the week days and during maternity leave he's bringing me breakfast in bed from Monday to Friday) lol. I guess he just doesn't like to have it all alone downstairs. :D.
