What do you snack on during the day?

I usually have yogurt (Chobani is my favorite) or some type of fruit as a morning snack. In the afternoons, its usually more along the lines of nuts or a kashi bar. I always have some sort of trail mix or mixed nuts on me in case I get hungry when I'm out and about.0

I snack on pretzels and rice cakes along with fruits and veggies.0

Veggies and dip made with greek yogurt
Cottage cheese and 1tbsp sunflower seeds..Love it!
1/2 banana or apple with 1tbsp peanut butter
oranges, clementines
string cheese and a handfull of almonds
100 calorie pita bread with 1tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
Crunchmaster whole grain crackers with hummus
Air popped plan organic popcorn(place 2 tbsp popping corn in brown bag and micro until done popping)
When I need chocolate: laughing cow peanut butter candy bar or clusters
Evenings if I want dessert and have calories left..weight watchers, or skinny cow ice cream

fruit, light cheese sticks, vegetables, nuts/seeds..when Im being at my best anyways: )0
