Do your siblings share your body type?

No! I have 2 brothers and a sister (I'm the youngest) and they all have a different body type than me. My brothers are like a ruler and my sister has more of an apple shape. I always hated my brothers growing up because they were always thin and ate everything. It's still that way. Not fair!0

Not really...even though my sister and I have both had our weight issues she has always been smaller both in height and weight. Neither one of us look good heavy but when I gain weight I gain a ton and it gets distributed throughout my whole body...my sister can gain 20 pounds and it looks like 50 on her because she carries it all in her upper body and none in her but or legs.0

i wish we did, I was always chubby and then became fat. he was always skinny and in shape and we are the same height. him being one year the elder.
I guess we will share similar body type when I get to my goal0 -
I only have brothers, so I don't have a sister to compare to, but we're all overweight to some degree. My brothers are more active (one works on the farm, the other plays basketball and also works some on the farm) and I'm a student who works in an office, so they are more fit then me simply because of their higher activity level. They are able to have a worse diet then I do because they are active, but if they watched what they ate like I do, they'd lose their excess weight easily.0

Nope, my sister is 6'1 and built like a supermodel. Her standard weight is around 155. I am 6'0 with a very large frame size and I have been down to 170 once and looked totally weird and bony. She can also eat whatever she wants and never gain weight.0

I'm third of five; both brothers are/were slender to the point of being wirey, though my oldest brother is just 5'9" and my other (late) brother was 6'5". My sisters are built just like our Da's family, broad shouldered, flat bum, busty, big feet (size 11 shoes) and the older is 5'11", the youngest 5'1". I'm a very curvy hourglass like my Gran's family (albeit with too much sand now  ). My older sis is now really large, probably a 24-26 US, the younger toxic sister drinks her calories and might weigh 85 pounds. Interestingly enough both have been derisive about my loss; little wonder I rarely go back to visit.0

Nope--my sis is apple shaped and is normal height- very overweight. (Go her, she joined a gym and is losing weight slowly but surely!) I have a pear shape, and am short/petite frame. We don't even look similar, ha ha0

a few are and the rest are more top heavy, but all have small waists.0

Ahhaa nooo my brothers and sisters are all really skinny.
While I'm not obese (infact my bmi is in the normal range) I'm still much much bigger than everyone else and I have to watch everything I eat because I gain weight so easily whereas my brother can just eat **** and he doesn't gain a lb.
I'm a slight pear and so is my sister but she's tall like 5'8 whereas i'm 5'4 so she carries it much much better.0 -
Absolutely not! My oldest sister has always been small. She's a little shorter than me, but she's always been about 130ish. My twin sister and I have completely different body shapes, though we are both overweight. I've always been the biggest one out of the bunch. Though, looking at all my family, none of them have the body shape I do. Cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents.... Hmmm. Guess I'm just the oddball!0

My brother and I are 2 years apart, (he's older) he;s only 3 inches taller than me and we are almost exact opposites!! He is lean and has a ton of muscle (he's in the US Army) and I'm all flabby. He even has brown hair and hazel eyes, I have blondeish hair and grey eyes...
Now my sister is exactly like my brother but she's 6 years younger than I am and about 3 inches shorter than I am. She's curvy like me and my mother but she has very little body fat. She has the perfect body. She is only 16 so it's like "Damn I wish I looked like you when I was your age..." She's a US pant size 8 and I want to be a US pant size 10 so we will be very similar when I'm all done losing this weight!0
