How do I track excercise classes?

Hi,

Can anyone advise me on how I track excercise classes for things like Body Combat and Legs, Bums and Tums for example?

    If you have a heart rate monitor, it's pretty easy. You can create your own exercises under Exercise -> My Exercises here on MFP. Fill in the information about calorie burn, and add it to your diary!

    I would suggest investing in a good heart rate monitor - if you do not have a HRM, determining the calorie burn will be much harder, and it will be less accurate. You can try asking the person who teaches the class or searching the internet, though!
