Cheers My Fitness Dolls, it’s 2012! I started 2011 with a New Years Resolution like many others, with wanting to loose weight. I was obese; I weighed in weighing 263 on January 1st 2011. I started eating healthy, drinking tons of water and exercising. I lost 30 pounds by my 30th birthday, which was March 23. I lost another 30 by the end of September, not really sure what happened after that but I noticed a decrease in my exercise and a increase at the Whataburger drive thru :0/ Here it is 2012 and I seriously need to start working on getting rid of this last 30 pounds. I lost a total of 63 pounds in 2011 and gained 10 back towards the end. So I promise to be a better My Fitness Doll and to loose this last 30 pounds!



FYI, for those who want to know I’m 5’10 and currently weigh 211. I started in a size 22 pants 2XL shirt, now I’m in a size 14 and L shirt. I’ll be happy in a size 11/12 and a size M shirt. I like my curves and I don’t want to loose them all. Thx for reading and good luck to you and you’re weight loss journey.

    Oh WOW! You don't even look like the same person!!! Way to go! I'm not as tall as you but I'm working on my last 20 lbs. or so. Down a total of 66lbs. from my very highest weight. Congrats to you on such a HUGE accomplishment! You look PHENOMENAL! :-)
