What foods can I eat that will give me the carb cals i need without pushing me over the fat cal intake? Any ideas?

How much do you have your carbs/cals set at?
Most wholegrain carbs should be fine, and not have that much fat.0 -
Depending on how much fat we're talking about here, the loaf of bread on my desk says that one slice has 21g of carbs and 1.5g of fat. That's a pretty low fat to carb ratio.0

Most vegetables are low in fat and calories so you can eat a larger portion (get full) and consume fewer calories . Also brown rice, lentils and beans are good carbs with fiber that are also low fat. Oatmeal with nuts/dried fruits is a good breakfast choice (be careful of "instant" as it may contain extra ingredients and is more highly processed). Salsa is a great snack (paired with the right chip) at 5 calories and 0 fat per Tablespoon (Pace brand). I find the spicy salsa helps curb my appetite quickly.0
