C25K - round 2

I finished C25K in December, but I ran very slowly. So to start the new year, I'm starting C25K again, with a goal of improving my speed.
This time it's on the treadmill though - it's getting cold out! Today was week 1/day 1.
Anybody want to come along?

Hola! I also re-started C25K this week. When I did the program before, I was really inconsistent and stopped at week 4. I walked/jogged my first 5K on Thanksgiving morning, and while my time wasn't impressive, I am happy to say that I have caught the running bug. I plan on actually completing this round of C25K and doing another 5K this spring, with a goal of increasing my speed. Good luck!0

I am doing round 2 as well! I completed the first round in July and kept doing 5 k runs 3 times a week but lost my enthusiasm! I did Week 5 Day 3 - the 20 min run yesterday! Certainly going a little faster but I am not esp quick. Need something to aim for when I finish and there are no races close by.
