Hi all,

I am having a friend round next week who is the most amazing cook! (better then my mum!) and I really need to cook up a storm.

Any ideas on some high taste low calorie favourites?

Need to try and impress! :-) x

This is a fabulous starter... 207 cals per portio, but you could use low fat blue cheese, or just accept that when you'[re cooking special every now and again, it makes no difference in the long run.
