    Looked through the posts and haven't found my twin. But I will post here. Even if you're not my twin and wish to add me please do. I have not had much luck over the past 3 months. I kind of sat at 205 for a while. It seems I went from 214is to 205 and here I sit. Yet I cardio 4 to 5 times per week on the treadmill. I stay pretty good in my calorie range with a few days here per week a little over. So maybe a friend could help.
