whats your goal? I saw a post for people that were 5 ft 8 in and they said their goal was like 135-140. i personally dont even see myself at that at my height. whats your goal. im this height and currently between 146-148. im going for muscle now and i fit into a size 4, and some of them were thinner than me and taller but saying they fit into an 8. i know our bodies are all different, but why do you think that is? im happy with myself, finally, and my figure. of course, my big boobs and butt probably have some weight added to me, but those are pounds i can live with:laugh:

I'm not thinking of my goal in terms of pounds, because I assume that my weight will go up as I convert more fat into muscle. I'm around 125 pounds right now and wear a "zero" or extra small in most pants and shirts. When I was in college, on the other hand, I weighed around what I do now but wore a size six in pants and a medium in shirts. I was mostly fat on a very small frame then, whereas now I'm only slightly lighter but much leaner.
I guess that my ultimate goal is to have below 14 percent body fat and to have defined abs and lean arms and legs.I I'd also like to have more upper body strength than a toddler, which is sadly not the case right now. I really believe that it's more helpful to think of our goals in terms of measurements or body fat percentage than in terms of weight, because peoples' bodies can vary so widely at similar weights. Your goal should be whatever makes you feel strong and confident. :happy:0 -
I'm about 5'4 and my ideal weight is 120. But...that was also when I was 19 yrs old, no kids and well, my body was different back then. All I did was go to college, work part time, run twice a day, walk the beach nonstop, and party in between.
Then I had to grow up....lol.
So for me now, ideally I'd like to be 125-130 but I'm thinking it'll be more like 130-135. No more than that if I can help it. I really put on some weight the past year and I hate it. It's more for me about feeling better, fitting into my clothes and just back to enjoying myself as I am now and not zeroing in so much on my flab. Ughhh!
One thing I have learned is my booty isn't going anywhere. It may firm up but the size remains the same. LOL.0 -
My current goal weight is between 135 and 140. If I happen to get down to 135 and think that I can go further than I will consider it. I don't want to spend the rest of my life fighting my body though haha. If I look good and can be healthy at 140, and my body doesn't want to lose any more, than I won't.0
