Gensoy Protein Shake Question

Have you ever added this to a regular food instead of making a shake out of it? I know you can add protein powders to foods, but I didn't know about the shake mix. Like I thought of adding some to my Coco Wheats or oatmeal in the mornings to see if it helps me stay full longer with the extra protein. Just curious.

    I have done it several times (oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, etc). Be willing to experiment and fail before giving up. I say that because I had to try it several times before finding the right amount (read edible). I always use vanilla flavor.

    I use the unsweetened vanilla one, but be careful. Too much can ruin it. I've been known to sprinkle some on oatmeal and cereals.

    I don't know about Gensoy, but I add protein powder to my oatmeal every morning. :wink: I cook the oatmeal first, then add the powder. Yum! :tongue:
