im one of thoes ppl if i dont plan all my meals for the whole day i will go over
this morning i woke up and was like man i want a peanut butter and jelly for lunch
so i went to my food diary
planned my sandwich that i was CRAVINNNG!! and my dinner and my snacks for the day
so i know what im going to eat and i will not go over!
i did this yesterday and i didnt go over i was so proud of my self
planning ahead really works for me!!!
i love being able to eat what i want in moderation unlike most of the crazy diets ive tired!

I have to do the same thing and I love it. If I am craving onion rings I have them and plan the rest of my meals around it. My fiancee say my page one day at lunch and though I had already eaten everthing on there I laughted!0

I do the same thing as well, especially because I love peanut better and even though it's a good fat and a great source of protein those calorie can run very high sometimes... I have to plan out my day because I know I'll go over or forget what I've eaten before I've had the chance to record.
