Hello, I'm Whitney and I am not exactly new I have had my account for a couple months. I just now got the guts to post anything because I fear rejection and ridicule. I have become ashamed of what I have let myself become and have an aggressive determination to feel better about myself. But I am just looking for some motivation outside if my family (who are biologically programmed to love me LOL).

I am aiming to lose around 90. Which right now seems unattainable Haha0

Just take it one pound at a time and then it won't seem so overwhelming. One pound is not impossible is it? You can do it!0

It's not exactly hard I just wish I could tell the difference lol0

first find out how much your body needs daily, then subtract a good 200-400 calories from it, expect that subtracted number to be your "low" day, which is to be your daily calories on the days you DON'T go to the gym.
