Hi everyone. I am a yoyo dieter who is currently at 301 lbs. I have bounced back and forth between 255 and 315 for most of my adult life. I was an athlete in high school but since I have been an obese adult. I am 43 now and realy want to take this seriously enough to drop a hundred pounds. My first target is 198. If and when I get there I will re-evaluate and see if it is possible for me to go lower to the medical average of 170. Wish me luck and please please please feel free to hold me accountable. I do not get offended very easily and need some "tough love" to keep me going at times.
Thanks,
Herb (AntiFatso)

You know I will kick you in the teeth, punch you in the head, embarrass you...and encourage you when necessary. I am counting on you to do the same and I know you will!0
