I refuse to not make the best of every situation I am in. I live a very good life, with family and a husband that LOVES me for me and supports me in everything. I am waking up everyday this year telling myself how lucky I am!

I refuse to believe I'm not good enough or capable of doing anything. I am using my experiences since joining mfp and on my journey the past 8/9 months to spur me into training as a personal trainer. I can do it, I will do it and I will be good at it

I travel a lot and thus must eat in restaurants frequently. I refuse to use the excuse "but I ate in a restaurant" to avoid tracking my calories.

I refuse to focus on circumstances and struggles. Instead, I will focus on all of the positives in my life and on gratitude. I will let go of what I cannot control and leave the rest up to God.

I refuse to tell myself 'but I look good now...'. I am going to start what I finish this time, and I am going to drop those last kilos.

I refuse to tell myself I deserve the sleep in or that Im too tired - it is not an excuse to get out of the exercise I planned the night before.
