Good morning Happy Healthy Humans,
has anybody out there tried or is anybody doing the kettlebell workouts if so how do you like it? I do the Lesile Sansone 4 mile walk 3 times a week so i was thinking about adding kettlebell training for strength training. I've read alot about it on the internet and i think it's intreresting, so has anybody tried it or doing it ?

I like working out with kettlebells. It is an all over workout. It's amazing what swinging a weight can do. Check out collagevideo.com. You can watch clips of the different kettlebell videos. This may give you an idea of what you want to try. I have the Gin Miller Kettlebell workout.
