need support & motivation

Hi everyone,

My weight has stayed the same for the last month + and its not going anywhere and its not moving. :(

I try to walk every day but i definitely do cardio at least 3 times a week (leslie sansone's walking exercises) and I'm fairly good at counting my calories. However, with all the holidays and stuff, it definitely has been hard.

What can I do to get it moving again?

    maybe try more strength training? I hit a huge plateau when I was doing a crap load of cardio.. because it was burning a bunch of muscle mass.. just a thought..
