30 Days of Sweat Challenge (limited)

I wanted to start up a challenge for those of us just starting to workout; people completely new to working or have gone a year or longer without working out.

This is only a 30 Day Challenge and shouldn't be too hard to stick too. After 30 Day I may post another one but I want to take my weight loss one month at a time and I'm sure others would like to do the same.

I'm limiting the number of challengers to 20 people, tell me why you want to join and when I have all my challengers I'll let you know more about the challenge itself.

    I want to join because I want 19 other people that can help me, relate to me, and support me.

    Definitely like to take it a week, or a month at a time.
