I am looking for before and after pics. I have 200 lbs to lose. just trying to get an idea on the transformation it will have,... Give me something to look forward to.

    If you check out my profile, the picture of me in my waders is at about 300 lbs and the picture walking with a friend (I am in the red) was 5 years ago I was 225 at 8% body fat. I am not back there yet (still about 20lbs away) but I wore that shirt about a week ago and it fit fine. (I am 6'1")
