how do you accurately do measurements? I started MFP back at the end of Oct beginning of Nov 2011. I have yet to do measurements b/c i don't know how to exactly. What all do i measure and how do you do it? I know i have lost inches in my waist for sure b/c my tightest fitting jeans are extremely lose now but other than that not sure where else i have lost inches at. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!

Wherever you choose to measure, just be sure you re-measure the exact same place each time... Doesn't really matter WHERE on your waist, legs, hips, etc - so long as you're consistent.0

If you type into You Tube there are several videos on how to accurately take your measurements. :flowerforyou:

I also made sure to record exactly where I took the measurement, like anchored it to a freckle/belly button/etc so I could be precise & consistent.0
