I have a juicer and would like to make some fresh juice with some fruits and veges that I have, but how do I count the calories for that? Would I count all the calories for the whole fruit or vege I put in there or just partial calories?

There are tons of entries in the database for juiced fruits and vegetables.

I searched the database and there are entries for fresh squeezed juice. You can probably pick which one looks similar to what you are making and go by that :)

I enter all of the fresh fruits and veggies and save them as a meal. I am on day 4 of juicing.

i just put orange, carrot, sweet potato juice (or whatever i am juicing) into "search" and find the closest match. just make sure the ounces are about the same..... good for you! the benefits of juicing are tremendous!! if you haven't already, watch the documentary, "Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead"... it'll REALLY get you motivated! Good luck!
