Need fitness advice or recipes??

Hi and welcome. I'm LaShawnda and I am a chef and I work out 5 days a week sometimes 3 hours each day. I used to be an athlete and a couple of years ago I gained alot of weight. Last year I decided that I no longer wanted to be unhealthy and overweight. My husband is a personal trainer and he helped me tremendously.
