Hello, can I ask what time of day you all weigh yourself and what time of day you weigh your lowest?
I've heard that you should weigh yourself first thing in the morning before breakfast but I weigh more then compared to any other time of day. I weigh my lowest around lunctime just before I eat.
Does anyone else find the weigh more in the morning??

I weigh in as soon as I wake up. I stick to once a day, so I don't know what I weigh at any other time.0

I weigh in once a week - Saturday. I do it as soon as I wake up but I go to the bathroom first.
I avoid the scale during the week, as the weight fluctuates and I don't want to be discouraged if it's more than I expect.0 -
once a week on a sunday, first thing in the morning after i pee LOL0

I've been bad about it and doing it whenever my heart desires but I'm thinking I'll just stick to Thursday mornigns after i wake up.0

well, when I used to weigh myself...it would be on Sunday morning right after getting up...LOL. I've not had the courage to do that recently...0

I like Monday as my weighin day as it kind of keeps me on track over the weekend!0 -

I weigh Sunday mornings before breakfast after bathroom visit. I have never weighed throughout the day to see how it fluctuates. I figure as long as it's the same time of the day the same time of the week, I'll get a pretty accurate picture of whether or not I'm losing.0

It's all relative, so as long as you are weighing yourself at the same time you should get an accurate result of what you are losing. I find in mid afternoon I weigh less, but that's hardly a convenient time for me to weigh myself so the morning it is! :-)0

I think you weigh the least first thing in the morning after the toilet, before breakfast.
I think its also better to do it then, because its a bit more of a constant than other times of the day (for me, atleast)
I weigh myself everyday, but I think i just like to have more plots on my progress graph haha, i just look at the bigger picture0 -
Sunday about 9am by which time I've had breakfast, at least one cuppa and a pee. lol
I don't think it matters if you weigh yourself before breakfast or after because the minute you eat breakfast you have altered your weight anyway. I think as long as you stick to weighing yourself the same day and approximate ime that is all that matters. Don't weigh yourself in the morning one week and the evening the following week as the difference will be big owing to all the exercise and food intake of that day.0 -
It doesn't really matter when you weigh yourself - the important thing is to try to compare like with like, so be consistent with when you weigh yourself. What you're looking for is a trend in your weight change, not the fluctuations. Unless we calibration check our scales with known weights, we don't really know how accurate they are anyway, so the whole thing is relative rather than absolute.0
