Sweetie, I want to cheer you on but 30lbs in 5 weeks is a BIG loss. Doing it a healthy way you should lose about 2 lbs a week. It is great to have big end goals but your little goals along the way should be set with good expectation of reaching them, not something that is going to harm your body. Good luck to you!0
