While I am not a vegetarian, I do eat a lot of meat free meals....
steamfresh vegetables with light sauces are a staple in my home
I tell people they are so easy and just add a meat and side unless you want to eat them like they are, which i do..

I have been a vegetarian my entire life. My goal is also 110-108. What type of food do you like? There are countless recipes i can think of.

Do you eat cheese, milk, and eggs? :)

Hi! Just joined and have been a vegetarian for 7+ years. I tend to eat well, just too many carbs!
Looking to change that in 2012!

If that's what you wish to work for you! I have to tell you though... they havent hindered my weight loss at all, you'll start to see it really is all about calories in vs. calories out.

    Best of luck!

If I can still have some carbs and lose weight then I would be elated!!

This is my first post- just starting out today.
I've been a pescetarian for 19 years. Do you think that disqualifies me from the Happy Herbivores group? :)

Not vegetarian, but eat meatless and dairyless a lot... former restaurant owner (like a life time ago) and love cooking with organic food, from scratch, simple stove top, quick recipes. I eat wheat free, little to no dairy, and when I do eat meat it's organic, free range, and wild caught only. Happy to share recipes... what do you like? Add me as a friend too if you like!
