How do you calculate calories when nothing is pre-measured? I'm seeing a lot of entries and want to know how these were determined. Thanks.

You have to estimate. I usually get the same items every time and they are items I eat at home so I know about what a serving is. The sauces have 1oz scoops in the one I go to and that is where many of the calories and carbs are (I don't eat the noodles so meat is the only one that I worry about adding up) and a hard one to "guess" with.0

You're welcome! I was shocked when I came up on it - GREAT idea! It's probably not 100% accurate since we all put different amounts on our plates, but at least it's a guideline.0
