Do you log the mins and the running seperate or do you log the full time as areobics?

I create a new "my exercise" entry for each week of C25K, and rejig the time to suit the correct cals burnt if it varies a bit over the week (I wear a HRM).0

I use a running and/or walking calculator at CaloriesPerHour.com and then manually enter it each day.

I wear an HRM and then take my average HR for the whole time spent running and plug it into a calories-burned-by-HR calculator.0
