What are some foods that are filling enough to keep us full from meal to meal while being low enough in calories to keep us under our daily goals?
I am struggling with finding ways to make meals more filling that still keeps them low in calories!

lots of veggies, salads, lean protein..
my diet isnt as low cal as others i guess, on exercise days i eat around 2100... my base is 1520 though.0 -
i eat a lot of veggies: carrots are very filling. if you want dip you can use mustard or salsa, i find those go well with veggies.
also remember to drink a lot of water0 -
Any items high in protein or fiber. However, the more processed crap in your diet, the less food you can eat and the hungrier you will be!0
