Lets start today with the 300 minutes per week of exercise challenge.It is a 12 week challenge countdown to spring.
Week 12- SW-

    Yes i'm in! Losing 2 pounds a week will put my at my UGW in 12 weeks. :)
    Even if i only lose 1 pounds a week that's 1/2 way there.

    Week 12- SW- 190.6LBS.
    Exercise- Sunday - 45 minutes brisk walk- 45/300

    Aim for 300 minutes per week even 150 minutes for beginners is good . Starting 12 mn start of another day another commitment towards our health. We can do it.

  • I am in! Last week I did about 150 and counted my calories with great success. I would love to see what happens if I am able to double my minutes!! Now I just need to figure out how to stop time to find some extra minutes......... lol

    Hi challenge team I MIA because I am having knee pain and unable to do much. I was considering changing the challenge to 120 minute per week that will be approximately 20 minutes per day. Anyone still interested ?
