Hi MFP! I've posted before but I wanted to post of my half way there mark~ Lost 40lbs in 6 months w/ this wonderful site and amazing friends! Never thought I could lose any weight but here I am at half way to my goal. It takes a lot of patience, but it can be done! Please feel free to add me, but I only add serious people who are all about getting healthy and staying there! Leave me a little message so I know that your serious about motivating each other to a healtheir and happier you! Cheers!

    Great job! Your looking great! I to am 5'2" (and 1/2 LOL) so I kow how much difference 40lbs can make. You are on a roll, keep it up.
