Hey Everyone! My friend introduced me to this site and i love it!!!!. i am down 3 pounds in 1 week. i'm looking to lose 40. if anyone wants to help motivate me let me know!!!!!!

    I need some motivation as well. i keep using this app and then i stop for a few months so i figured if i had friends to do it with it would help. (:

    I was using the app purely to log, and then I have been having a good look through the forum today - and added friends.

    Its much better when you have an involvement with it all! :D
