Ya it is hard to know what to pick on some of the food choices. they list all these brands but this is pay day so went out for lunch. no choice for just homemade meat balls0

Go to "My Home"
Then to "Tools"
Then to the section about weight loss tickers/
One of the choices is "Get the code for my ticker"
that tells you about copying the code to where you want to use it.
you can copy it onto an individual post or create a signature for yourself that will show up on every post
Take your time exploring this site and you'll figure out all this stuff. Or keep asking questions and people will be glad to help0
