Ok, so we have all heard of an apple a day and know it's beneficial, but have you ever heard of eating fats to lose fats and which fats are the good fats? Do you know the benefits of protein shakes or which supplement targets ab fat?

I just found a great link that is full of tons of info that i think would be very helpful. They have all kinds of info on how to lose weight. Topics include: What you eat, What you drink, What supplements you take, How you lift, How you run, and Some other rules. There are tons of tips, I know i plan on trying to incorporate as many as possible!
