I'm 5'7 and my HW is 204, my CW is 157 and my GW is 130. I may go as low as 125 but who knows/ cares.Wherever I feel most comfortable and can maintain comfortably. I can't believe my goal weight used to be 150- that is only 7 pounds away and I'm no where near as small as I thought I would be :grumble: I guess that is why there is always the option to re-evaluate goals/ improve!0

My height is 5'7, and my short term goal is 145 but my real goal is to lose all my belly fat! I know the actual scale number won't go down that much because I plan on building muscle.0

target 115. Not too focused on the number,more on being toned and hopefully having a hopefully flat tummy. Hopefully everyone's goal is within guidelines for a healthy weight for their height and gender. I see a few on here that look a bit low.
