I am around 5'4" and I am happy at 145lbs. I have been out of the gym since October and gained about 5lbs (which is at the top of my "normal" weight range) and I want to get that back off (only 1.5lbs left to go!). Even though I see a lot of women my height want to be significantly thinner - I am large framed and would look gaunt and sickly lower than 140lbs (last time I was 140lbs, someone at work asked me "Are you ill? You look too thin!").0
