My Half-way Pics 50lbs down!!

Hey all,

Just wanted to share my half way point pics! I started three months ago at right around 310 lbs and weighed in at 257 this morning. I still have a way to go, but am ecstatic that I have dropped right around 50lbs in just three months!! It is amazing what some strength training, cardio and a health diet can do! I am in cruise control now and did this without surgery, fad diets or magic pills. My goal is to be right under 210, and have set a goal to run a full marathon in December. I can't wait to post again when I am at my goal weight!!
