    WOW! What was the hardest part...what was the easiest part? How did you stay committed... I want to lost 80 pounds too....I know I can lose the thirty pounds it is the last fifty I am not so sure about...and a year sounds like FOREVER! I am a instant gfatification girl and a year seems like a LIFETIME! Help me change my mindset!

    Don't apologize for your long story, it is such an inspiring one. Right now I'm where you started. 5' 5, 228 and a double chin bigger than Texas. I have already lost almost 40, but it really doesn't show yet. Thanks so much for sharing, it helps keep me and others going.
