Ham sandwich on a bagel thin with the fixin's.. Baked potato with broccoli and cheese on top, side of corn.0

I've already had lunch but today I had Herb Encrusted Haddock! I've never been a fish fan so I thought I'd give it a go since my friends told me you can't taste the fish as much. I made it last night had half for dinner and half today, scrummy!
Very tasty, very healthy and full of protein, a lot of wins then!

Added some home made tomatoey sauce and some brown basmati rice when I had it for dinner so I could get some more carbs. Yum yum yum!0 -

+ Spinach and cottage cheese sandwich which organic wholemeal seeded bread.
+ Dried mango slices & walnuts
+ Pomegranate, watermelon & blackberry fruit salad.
+ Cherry tomato & fennel with some of the leftover spinach.0 -

I will eat a granny smith apple and cottage cheese with lots and lots of pepper. Its not the best but it works0

toasted pitta, tuna, low fat mayo, red onion, tomatoes and some low fat mature cheddar cheese. Was nice and pretty filling!0

It is under 500 calories

Manhatten clam chowder (Hold the bacon, veggie stock instead of beef stock....) (2 cups, 200 calories)
Salad with oil/ballsamic (150 Calories+/-)
Activia yogurt (70 Calories+/-)
1/4 Grapes (50 Calories +/-)
Total lunch, 470 Calories but that will have to hold me over until I get home and do insanity (Plyo Day) and then I will eat again.0 -
Made a luscious dressing with avocado, flax oil and apple cider vinegar, and eating it over every vegetable I can find in the fridge thrown into a bowl.0

A Starkist tuna packet (100 calories) with a cup of brown rice and a serving of Green Giant veggie steamers.0

Taking a 3 mile round trip walk to Qdoba to get a burrito bowl I think. Without the sour cream of course...maybe I will get the cheese if I have a good pace going on the walk.0

I love those Kashi Frozen pizzas. I just bought the Mushroom Trio & Spinach to have sometime this week. When I have the extra calories, I can eat half the pizza....soooo good!0 -

3 oz tuna w/1 tbs hellans mayo(light) and 1 chipolte pepper blended with garlic
2 tbsp walnuts
1/4 cup raisons
1/2 apple sliced
Eaten like a sammy w/out bread and rasberry snapple yum-sweet and savory and all under 350 cals0 -
Orzo Pasta Salad
Orzo, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, red onion, pine nuts and feta!!! Dressing is a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice

I'm going to McAlisters with a freind and I plan on eating half of the Veggie Club Sandwich and a small garden salad with low cal dressing. And of course an unsweet tea. Yum!0
