Lettuce/spinach,Grapes,Walnuts,onions.
Some sort of vinaigrette ideas would be great

Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 tablespoon of whole grain mustard or djion type mustard
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon salt0 -
For the first time the other night, I used only Balsamic Vinegar. It was sooooo good! Only 20 calories for 2T! I did use a bit too much so it was kind of strong, but live and learn0

I am obsessed with my new salad dressing mixture. I take 3 teaspoons of spicy deli mustard and mix it with a decent amount of white wine vinegar to thin it out. With the brands I have, this is only 15 calories and so good!0

I put a bit of honey + dijon mustard + rice wine vinegar + a bit of olive oil + some paprika in a jar and shake the bejeezus out of it.
Delicious, versatile and easy.0
