Hi all

Well over the next 3 weeks I have got to stay in a hotel (for work not fun) at least 2 nights a week.

Suggestions on how to handle the eating part would be greatly appreciated, for all the nights I will be expected to eat with my colleagues.....as it is working dinners.

Help please everyone

B

Salads... with minimal dressing and chicken or fish entrees( as low calorie as possible) with steamed veggies. Most restaurants also usually have a lower calorie menu or menu options. And a lot of time appetizers (the not deep fried kind lol) can be about the right calories for a typical meal.
  • Lean cuisine meals, if your room has a microwave.

I travel full time for work. My staples are protein powder, nuts, fruit and tuna. Tuna in the bag works great. I hoard the hard boiled eggs at breakfast. Eating out lean protein and veggies. Have fun.
