I just made an awesome feta and spinach omelette, it was good:)

    3 egg whites
    1 c chopped spinach (i used fresh)
    3/4 oz feta cheese

Make into an omelette hehe. (I don't know what else to say here)

But also any cheese in eggs will up your protein a little bit.

At first I was adding protein powder to my oat bran or oat meal. Now I make protein pancakes with my Jay Robb protein powder.

    protein pancakes:
    1 scoop of protein powder
    3 tablespoons of eat whites
2 table spoons of almond milk
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
    1 dash of cinnamon

Fry the batter in a skillet , viola makes one large pancake or 2 small pancakes
Some people add fruit but I eat mine as is.

I got this receipe off you tube.

Don't eat breakfast, but if I did, it would be steak and eggs
  • Interesting (the pancakes), I will try this, thanks.

I stick with the standard whole grain toast and unsweetened peanut butter when I'm in a hurry, one slice with some banana fills me up for a few hours (240 calories, 12 g protein)

Yogurt with fruit and some granola and toasted nuts also works — I had yogurt and honey bunches of oats this morning, 300 calories and 13 grams of protein. It would have been less calories if the yogurt had been fat-free, but sadly, I was out.
