    OMG you look like a completely different person!!! I sooooo want to be you lol Well I mean like you. Well today is the day I start... I am planning to get married in October so I have 10 months to lose as much of my goal weight as I can so here goes!!!

    That's an incredible journey - nice one!

    I can't shift the last 10 pounds, having lost 23 so far - v annoying!!! Now on 1000 calories a day, protein and fruit, and nothing for about 6 weeks moving off. About 300 calories on exercise a day. Getting frustrating. What are the options?
