Calories and protein :-S

Hello I am a newbie!
OK so from what I have read I have to make sure that I eat all my daily calories, including the ones I earn from excercise. So far so good. But how do I eat all those calories without going over on my protein?!
For instance, today I have eaten a yoghurt and a tuna sandwich and I now have left 760 calories to eat, but only 4 protein! Does it matter if I go over? Isn't it healthy to eat lots of protein?

I almost always go over in protein. If you eat meat or plant-based protein at every meal, you are bound to go over. I think its fine, as it keeps you full longer.0

Thankyou, that makes me feel better :-)0

You can also adjust the % of your macronutrients. Go to Home -> Goals _> Change goals CUSTOM
There you can change your ratios. I want to take in a little more protein than the default setting on MFP.0
