    Wow, you are 5'5" and that's how you look at 186? Incredible! I'm 5'11" and I don't think I looked as slim as you do when I was 186.

    I just joined and was thinking how long will it take to look even a little bit different? Wow! Your pics just answered that for me, if I stick to it, for reals this time, it can happen in four-five months! I know getting to goal will be a long term goal, but I am hoping to start seeing some changes before then. I'm starting out a few more pounds higher than you and we are about the same height.
