do you still count it as the full calories? i am talking about any meal such as smart ones or lean cuisines ect. does anyone else not eat all the tray? i love the smart ones pastas and the lean cuisine pastas but i think they put too much sauce and i love saucy pasta, i have like an oz of sauce left i just weighed it out. anyone know the answer to this?

I always count the full calorie. I figure 20 or 20 cals under won't hurt. Hope that helps.0

I agree, better to be a few calories off by just keeping the entire calorie amount than try to prorate it.0

i would say it depends on the sauce type, for a red sauce it is only about 20 or 30 calories, so no big deal, for a white (cheesy sauce) i would definetely measure how much you are taking in, bc those sauces are very high calorie/fat. and you could be having an extra snack.0

I just log it as I ate the whole thing.0
