Yes, there was meat in it. But, high fructose corn syrup isn't mentioned in the ingredients. I think I'm safe.

MY question is what would happen if you let it sit for 3 or 4 minutes instead of the recommended 1 or 2? I mean, does it alter the chemical makeup of the quasi-food by taking it out of the microwave at any point before or after the 60-120 second mark after the microwave beeps to tell you it's done???0

You are supposed to wait 1-2 minutes because it continues to cook for that period of time. So, if you ate it while it was still cooking, then your stomach is cooking. Pretty sure that's certain death! Been nice knowing you!0
