Hi all..
Just a question and wanted some opinions. Would you count decaf herbal tea (with Truvia) towards your water ounces? I drink at least 2 cups a day...Hmmmmmm...I wonder......
Thanks for any feedback :drinker:

I do! If I drink that much tea, it runs through me like water...I don't use "sugar" though, just lemon juice usually.0

Thanks! My office is FREEZING! The decaf tea warms me up and I don't have to lighten it like coffee. I'll add it to my water ounces. Thanks for the comments!0

Personally I do not count tea or coffee (and I drink both plain) to be part of my water intake.
I have drank 2 cups of coffee, 2 cups of hot tea and 2 liters of water already. I have just started my third liter right after lunch.0 -
Another option, if you are looking for a hot drink, is a bit of lemon squirted into hot water. Of course some might consider this tea!
My fav. tea is peppermint (it's just dried leaves mixed with hot water) and lemon juice....0 -
as long as it is decaf, I count it as water0
